Hotel lodging and the conference will be held at the Hampton Inn & Suites Portland-Pearl District hotel. For your hotel stay, the preferred group rate beginning at $164 per room (excluding tax) will expire April 20, 2026. Upon completion of your conference registration, you will be automatically directed to the Hampton Inn & Suites/Portland-Pearl District website to make your hotel accommodations. Before you click on the complete registration button, please check the following:

Hotel rooms are available Monday, May 4 through Friday, May 8, 2026. The room rate is $164 per night, not including taxes and service charges. Please reserve your rooms right away at this hotel in the provided link so we can have time to add more rooms to our reserved block if needed. Don’t wait until the official cut-off for reservations on April 20, 2026.
